Registration Process
  • Please complete registration through online at www.aac2017.org or complete the Registration Form and mail to the secretariat of AAC2017.
  • Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to take advantage of the discounted registration fee.
  • If you finished the sign-up on our system, you immediately gain access to “My Page” through which you can submit your abstract and E-registration.
  • Once you successfully paid for the registration with a credit card on our registration system, you will get the confirmation email.
  • If you chose to pay for the registration by bank remittance, expect few days for us to check if the payment has been properly made. If this is the case, you can start filling out the abstract form and submit your abstract too. However, if the Secretariat finds it difficult to confirm whether your payment has been actually made, the abstract you have submitted may be considered null and void.
  • Before the Secretariat decide to cancel the submitted abstracts, we will announce the notification to you.

Important Dates

  • All presenters either oral or poster presentation(s) MUST complete the registration and remit the required registration fee by April 30 in order to be remained in the final program.
Early-bird Registration Deadline May 31, 2017
On-site Registration June 1, 2017 ~ July 6, 2017

Registration Fee

  • One-day registration is not available.
  • Registration for students requires you to bring or to send e-mail at register@aac2017.org or fax(+82-64-735-1098) with a copy of student card or an official letter from your participating university confirming that you are a full time student. Students will need valid student card at the on-site registration desk.
  • Registration for retirees requires you to bring or to send e-mail at register@aac2017.org with resume and retirement certificate (ex, verifying your current retired position, such as confirmation letter from head of your association or previous organization)

Methods of Payment

  • All registration fees are quoted in US dollar (USD). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
  • Registration not accompanied by appropriate payments will not be honored until full payment is made.
  • Confirmation letter will be sent within three weeks upon clearance of payment.
  • Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk.
  • If you chose to pay for the registration by bank remittance, be sure to send the Secretariat (register@aac2017.org) details of your remittance including the name of the sender and the remittance receipt within 2 weeks.
Credit Card
  • VISA, MasterCard, Amex and JCB cards are acceptable.
  • Please note that if your credit card is declined or is invalid, an alternate means of payment must be used to remit fees.
Wire Transfer
  • All bank charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (Early-bird Registration), the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
  • The name of the registrant should be clearly stated in the bank transfer.
    If the sender’s name is different from the participant’s, please send a copy of the bank remittance receipt to the secretariat by e-mail(register@aac2017.org) or fax(+82-64-735-1098).
